Metro Exodus sequel could be coming soon

Have you played Metro Exodus and dream of returning to a post-nuclear world? According to Insider Gaming exclusive sources, you will soon be able to do so. The creation of the developers from the studio 4A Games is supposed to be fully playable, so that you can go through it almost from start to finish. However, the development is proceeding without any particular difficulties, thanks to which it was possible to fully present it already this year. The title itself is not meant to be revolutionary in terms of the underlying mechanics and gameplay. Again, just like in Metro Exodus, you’ll be fighting in a world where everything is scarce and death is never far away.

And what about the release date? This has not yet been reported. According to sources, the game is due out sometime early next year, which is relatively far from today’s point of view, but if you think about it, it might be closer than it first appears. Since the name should be largely geared towards the new generation, the question is whether it will reach the old one as well. However, for now, it’s safe to say that we’ll see a new installment of the Metro series on PC, PS5, and Xbox X/S. At the moment, however, the old one cannot be completely ruled out. More information about where you will go and whether we will have the same main character as in Metro Exodus, we will definitely find out in the coming months.
