Last year’s entry in the Korea Rating Commission’s database has been confirmed. At Wednesday’s Nintendo Direct, we learned that Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective, an adventure game originally released in 2011 (in Japan as early as 2010) exclusively on the Nintendo DS, is finally making its way to modern platforms.
In the game, we take on the role of the ghost of Sissel, who does not remember who he was before he died. But gradually he learns to use special abilities to save human lives. Shu Takumi, who also created the legal series Ace Attorney, is behind the title.
Compared to the original, the new version will offer smoother graphics thanks to higher resolutions, a redesigned user interface, higher frame rates, and support for 9 additional languages.
Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective seeks PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. He must get out in summer this year, but we don’t know the exact date yet.
Experience the cult classic mystery-solving adventure like never before!
Experience the Ghost Trick again and again in the highly anticipated update from director Shu Takumi, creator of the Ace Attorney series.
