Xzone has been compiling statistics for a long time, which presents the results of previous months. January turned out to be a month that was completely dominated by Dead Space Remake, followed by The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition and then PS5-only Forspoken. God of War Ragnarok, FIFA 23 or Gran Turismo 7 were not absent from the top-selling games table. It can be said that console games were in the lead in the first place.
The best-selling console in January was again the PlayStation 5 in two versions, followed by the Nintendo Switch, which consistently holds third place. As for the merch, I must say that the books Level – About Games and People and The Art of Kingdom Come: Deliverance went very well. However, in the TOP-5 it was also possible to place figurines or a pendant of a witch. Books are so important to Xzone that they even have their own tier-dominated category, About Games and People, followed by The Art of Kingdom Come: Deliverance. In general, it can be seen that although January is a relatively quiet month, the gaming industry never sleeps.
