At last year’s The Game Awards, we finally got our hands on a gameplay sample of the highly anticipated action-adventure Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the sequel to the game subtitled Fallen Order. At the same time, we learned that the title will go on sale on March 17, but in the end this will not happen. Developers at Respawn Studios announced the delay Tuesday night, but there’s some good news.
In terms of content, Survivor is finished, only optimization and general tuning are in the works. However, this will take longer than the authors originally expected, which is why they decided to postpone the game until April 28, on the same day, by the way, Dead Island 2 is released. So this is a six-week shift, which, according to the developers, should ensure that the game will meet the required qualities. At the end of the press release, they thank the fans for their understanding.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is out on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
