When you compare the original Dead Space with its remake, you will notice how big leap at EA Motive Studios they’ve made in terms of atmosphere. For example, the original game used a lot of fog to mask certain areas. To make the atmosphere similar to the original, the developers used volumetric fog in the remake. It looks solid and realistic.

Differences can also be seen in environmental assets. For example, the corridors of USG Ishimura look more believable than before, while maintaining the same sinister atmosphere of the original game.

But there are still many differences, including the gameplay and some story. Everything will be discussed in detail in our review. Unfortunately, we only received the game today.

If you are planning to buy a Dead Space reborn, then you will certainly be pleased with the presence of a mod New game plus. You should definitely play this game after completing the first playthrough. It contains a secret ending, a new Necromorph phantom variant, and an upgraded level 6 costume.

Unfortunately, the developers did not reveal more about the secret ending.

As you can see, the reviews are very good. The Dead Space remake averages 89/100 on Metacritic and 90/100 on OpenCritic.
