GOG Digital Store published on its official website list of best selling games of the last year, which may surprise many players. The top three most successful games included the turn-based strategy Songs of Conquest, the RPG ELEX II by Piranha Bytes, and the strategy 4X Old World.
In addition to the list of the best-selling games released in 2022, there were also published most successful classic games. This category is dominated by The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition, followed by horror Alien: Isolation and first-person action The Wheel of Time.
The top-selling games of 2022 on both charts show that GOG is still around. some degree of specific trade, whose customers can especially appreciate games that are overshadowed by the big AAA titles on other platforms. Last year, 684 games were released on GOG.
