This year, fans of Harry Potter and the wizarding world of Hogwarts have a clear understanding: this game promises to finally fulfill their fantasy of their own adventure in the famous school of wizardry after many years. While some aren’t entirely sure about the performance of developer Avalanche (best known for Disney Infinity), more or less all of the pre-release versions of the game released so far have looked very promising. So we can only hope that this time everything will really work out and this wonderful magical world will get that excellent game that it has long deserved. Together with your character, you can choose a class, learn magic and explore both the secret corners of the school of magic and the vast landscape around it. While part of the gaming community is calling for a boycott of the game due to the views of author J.K. Rowling, record pre-orders and the game’s victory in our survey clearly indicate that most players will not be deterred.

While Blizzard isn’t the same as it used to be, it’s obvious that most of us are still hopeful that it will get back on its feet and not become too embarrassing for the legendary isometric RPG series. Of course, hope is fueled by a quality remaster of Diablo II: Resurrected from 2021 and, among other things, very impressive ATV trailers, which again promise a completely extraordinary aesthetic and atmosphere. At the same time, it is appropriate to worry about the monetization of the game, because before the release of Diablo Immortal, the creators promised that you would not go to buy better armor or weapons, and as a result, the game has monetized resources that improve equipment. We’re also somewhat disappointed that the Collector’s Edition of the game won’t make it to Czech stores this time around (Blizzard used to have great Collector’s Editions). However, he is clearly very pleased with us and will give the game a chance.
3rd place: STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl
