performance mode reduces the resolution to 2K (QHD – 2560×1440), turns off ray tracing, but allows you to play the game at 60 frames per second.
The question is how exactly it will be on the less powerful Xbox Series S. You can expect lower resolution and no ray tracing there.
Being able to play at 60fps is certainly good news when last year’s Gotham Knights and A Plague Tale: Requiem failed to do so and locked in at 30fps.
