If you don’t need Kelvin, you can hire someone else. Second discovered companion Virginia, a centipede that will run away first. In Sons of the Forest, some opponents must act smartly and unexpectedly in and out of combat. Among other things, they must console each other, change clothes, and some have leader-style ranks and can spread different ideologies. If you are smart enough, you can even start a war between mutants and tribes. For example, if you start killing cannibals, there will be more mutants. The reverse is also true.
For all these reasons, it should survival in a huge open world is harder, the use of resources will become more important, as will the creation of a shelter.
