Sony posted a review on the official PlayStation Blog. most downloaded games on PlayStation Store for December. As in previous months, the rankings are split between North America and Europe, and in terms of platform, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 games complement PS VR and free-to-play games.
In addition to years of popular games such as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, FIFA 23, Grand Theft Auto V, NBA 2K23 or Minecraft, the results of games released in December.
The sci-fi horror The Callisto Protocol proved to be the most successful in this direction, which equally ranked sixth in North America and Europe. Need for Speed Unbound (8th in North America and 4th in Europe) and Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion (10th in both North America and Europe) also managed to break into the first ranks.
On the other hand, tactical RPG Marvel’s Midnight Suns (14th in North America and out of action in Europe) was slightly lower in the rankings.
