The end of 2022 was used by producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi to appease all the players waiting Resident Evil 4 Remake and stated that the game was in the final stages of development and close to completion.
And now the second very positive news. The complex remake will retain all three major strands of now iconic horror events, i.e. village, castle and island. None of the major parts of the original fourth installment will be cut from the remake.
Fears mainly concerned the island part. It was the final part of the original game and was criticized by many players. At the time, Capcom didn’t handle it as expected, which is said to be to blame technological limitations. Now the company wants to fix it. Early in the development of the remake, the developers split into three teams, each responsible for one area of the game, to see what could be improved and changed.

This will make the island “much bigger” in the remake. But don’t ask us for details, we didn’t find out. However, the dark island is likely to be used more and possibly contain more content.
It has also recently been confirmed that Resident Evil 4 remake will be about the same length as the original gameso the fact that no important parts were cut out is no big surprise.
As for the new information about the game, well according to Dusk Golem insider, we will see them in January. Given the release date (March 24, 2023), this is more than likely.
Resident Evil 4 Remake will release on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 4. An Xbox One version has not been announced.
