Epic will also offer the game for free tomorrow, December 29th. However, the title, which hasn’t been listed yet, will be available for free for a week, unlike previous offerings. The currently ending Christmas event is part of a sale we have shared with you in a separate newsletter. The sale will last until January 5th.

This is a game from the young studio Cold Symmetry, which was founded in 2017 by veterans from Coalition. Their first game is Mortal Shell, which is mainly based on the mechanics of From Software games. So Prim features dark environments, a third-person perspective, and challenging combat against a variety of enemies and bosses. Despite some problems, which you can read about in our review, the newly formed team managed to show their potential, as evidenced by the decent rating of 76% that Mortal Shell boasts on the Metacritic aggregator.

You can add Mortal Shell to your library for free on the Epic Games Store up to until Thursday, December 29 (17:00).
