According to the South Korean financial website MTN, Sony was to enter into an agreement with NCSoft. The South Korean studio that created Lineage and published Guild Wars is about to prepare a large-scale multiplayer game in the world of the Horizon series from Guerrilla Games.
The report, published in early November this year, is said to come from sources familiar with cases at Sony and NCSoft. However, development has not yet begun. NCSoft is currently recruiting for Project H, which should be Horizon. It appears to be aimed at a global market and is part of Sony’s efforts to market its games as live services.
