In April of this year, it was finally officially announced that a new part of the popular Tomb Raider series about archaeologist Lara Croft was being created. At that time, without any confirmation, we only learned that the game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5. However, now the developers from Crystal Dynamics have made a rather unexpected announcement.
The studio has teamed up with Amazon Games, the gaming division of US giant Amazon. She will take care of the full support and global release of the upcoming game.

The press release contained at least basic information about the project as such, but this is unlikely to surprise you much. There is also a single-player story adventure that continues the story of Lara Croft. In addition, it is said to contain all the elements that have become typical of the series, so expect to have the opportunity to explore the environment, solve puzzles, and fight various types of enemies.
However, the title is still in the early stages of development and we don’t know anything yet. We will probably have to wait a few more years before its release.
