Insider Dusk Golmer already has a decent amount of leaks to his credit that have finally come true, especially regarding the Resident Evil and Silent Hill series. While the first mentioned IP has been with us almost constantly since the beginning, Konami has prepared an impressive comeback for their series. In any case, this is not the only such case, next year we also expect a Dead Space remake or a reboot of Alone in the Dark. However, the Shadow Golem has now received word that something else is in the works.
According to his sources, a remake of the IP horror that has been on hold for over 10 years is in the works. The game is said to be released in 2023, so the announcement should be pretty close. In the comments, advice like the Siren series (known in the West as the Forbidden Siren) immediately began to appear.
However, the insider subsequently clarified that, technically speaking, the 10-year mark is not “dead”, since one game was released during this time, but he still did not hear anything about it, and apparently it is little known. However, this is still a game that actually uses the name of the series and its elements, and not just a spiritual successor.
(1/3) There is an unannounced IP horror game remake that hasn’t had anything new for over 10 years coming out next year and someone was kind enough to tell me. I didn’t originally intend to say anything, but I really can’t stop thinking about it. I do not think so

There are two very solid choices left. The first is the horror action FEAR, which received three full-fledged parts. Monolith Productions took care of the first two, then Day 1 Studios worked on the trio, released in 2011. However, in 2014, the free-to-play game FEAR Online was released, the servers of which were closed while still in beta testing and did not attract much attention.
The second option is the point-and-click horror Clock Tower, which has only four parts, although their numbering is a little more complicated. The first three were created by Human Entertainment, and the last one came out in 2002 and was developed by Capcom and Sunsoft. This is the second company mentioned, which still owns the rights to this day and last year released a mobile game called Clock Tower Ready For The Next, which attracted very little attention from the players. However, its very name suggests that something else is probably in development. In addition, in August, the company prepared a conference, after which it announced an as yet unannounced remake. Thus, the Clock Tower seems to be the most likely option.
(1/3) Actually I have one correction to my joke. TECHNICALLY there has been one release in the last 10 years in this series that I’ve never heard of until now (which is pretty amazing since I have a pretty good pulse in the horror gaming scene). I don’t really think
