Dead Space remake’s first 18 minutes invite horror on board

Dead space remake, or the Callisto Protocol? The developers of the first game are taking advantage of former Dead Space screenwriter Glen Schofield’s indecisiveness and, in collaboration with IGN, are bringing first 18 minutes from playing a complete remake of the sci-fi survival horror that was originally released in 2008 and you can play it on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

We see on video protagonist Isaac Clarke and his security team as they land on mining vessel USG Ishimura. As fans know, engineer Isaac soon becomes the sole survivor and he has to fight very dangerous necromorphs. Luckily, he now has the legendary Plasma Cutter at his disposal and can effectively get rid of these creatures.

Gameplay footage taken from the PC version, shot in 4K resolution at 60fps. We can notice lighting, detailed textures, improved sounds and excessive amount of blood. It’s connected scary atmospherewhich was already great in the original survival adventure.

Dead Space Remake will release on January 27, 2023 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
