Dragon Age: Dreadwolf is getting a comic book prequel

At first it seemed that the BioWare studio in connection with this year a holiday for fans of the Dragon Age series, which falls annually on December 4th.didn’t break much. Only a short animated film from the upcoming RPG has come down to us Age of Dragons: Dreadwolfother stories, posters of the upcoming animated series Age of Dragons: Absolution from Netflix and cosmetic items for The Sims 4. However, there was more news throughout the day.

Developers from BioWare, for example, have fully disclosed a new comic from the world of Dragon Age, which was created in collaboration with Dark Horse. He bears the name Age of Dragons: Missing and focus on the story of the dwarf Varric Tethras, whom you may already know thanks to Age of the Dragon 2and Lace Harding, who introduced herself to us for a change Age of Dragons: Inquisition. Both of them embark on an expedition through the Deep Roads in an attempt to find a former friend, but are sure to face the consequences of the Contagion, not to mention the threat of abominations.

We’ve seen an entire series of Dragon Age comics by Dark Horse in the past, but the oddity of The Missing is that the story written by George Mann and drew Kieran McKeownwill be directly related to the events of the new Dragon Age game with the subtitle Dreadwolf.. Thus, this is a prequel, the first part of which will already be released to the foreign market. January 25/January 2023. There will be four parts in total, but, unfortunately, given the fact that no Dragon Age comics have been officially published in Czech yet, it is very unlikely that we will ever see them in our country.
