Computer-controlled enemies have practically only two types of difficulty. While some won’t find you even if you go right behind them, others will spot you from 200 meters away if you crouch. Thus, balancing artificial intelligence can sometimes be very difficult. At the moment, this is a task that gives the developers of Warzone 2.0 a lot of trouble.

Fans of the Call of Duty FPS series have praised the new game mode called DMZ. The merciless battle returns, with a group of players on one side and near-endless hordes of computer-controlled opponents on the other. The idea itself is not bad, the player needs a bit of tactical spirit to win. However, cases have recently begun to multiply, which show that computer-controlled opponents are invincible.
On Twitter, most users started commenting that the AI is better than 80% of all players. It’s an AI that sees beyond walls and knows exactly where you are. Twitter and Reddit are flooded with dozens of videos in which players lose to an invincible artificial intelligence. One of the videos shows a player who had just crawled out of cover, was immediately hit in the face by a rocket and died.
When people tell you that the AI in MWII DMZ is bad, that you are just bad, show them this video. I slowed it down to show the accuracy of the RPG headshot. #MVII @activation pic.twitter.com/HhwVFhsugO

For all players, the DMZ mode is now a huge challenge that is almost impossible to complete. Do you think it’s okay to have an overly realistic experience?
