Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is coming out in a few days, so it’s time for the creators to finally release a trailer showing the world everything the title has to offer. The destination of the expedition will be the bowels of a futuristic metropolis, affected by the infection of Chaos. And this must be eradicated in the name of the Emperor with a chainsword and laser beams.
In the corridors and halls of the gigantic city, a diverse range of enemies awaits you, consisting of hordes of ordinary glanders, as well as elite opponents and bosses. The dense atmosphere and high difficulty level should be very important to the whole experience, you will only occasionally manage to reach the mission destination. However, if you succeed, you will automatically be entitled to a lot of experience and money, with which you can upgrade one of the four special classes and enrich them with new equipment.
From what I’ve been able to experience for myself, I have to say that Warhammer 40,000: Darktide takes Fatshark production to the next level. While Vermintide 2 was just one small step, it’s a giant leap. Just the thing that any fan of the grim future of Warhammer 40K will probably enjoy. Pre-order owners can get access to the game now, and the official release on PC and Xbox consoles will take place on November 30th.
