Pentime presents itself with a new video diary what game developers are talking about story, characters and styleand of course the ideas behind this original medieval style adventure.
After uncovering the medieval history books and novels that inspired Pentiment, the authors explored the development of the heroes, their unconventional approach to graphics, and the odd type of narrative chosen for the situation.
As you know, “The story of Pentiment, which saw the artist Andreas Maler find himself in the middle of various crimes and misdemeanors in Upper Bavaria in the 16th century, was inspired by a mixture of fictional works and real historical documents”. referenced
In this case, we can hear the testimonies of game director Josh Sawyer, creative director Hannah Kennedy, animation director Cathy Nicholas and some other names who contributed to the creation of the game.
Pentiment will be available on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One starting November 15 and is available to download at no additional cost to Xbox Game Pass subscribers.
