The Game Awards 2022 nominees will be announced on Monday.

Although in recent years the event has mostly been associated with new announcements, the awards ceremony is still an integral part of the whole show. Kaley announced on Twitter today that the nominees will be announced on Monday. November 14 at 18:00 Nowadays. After that, voting will also begin on the official website, where the public can already take part (nominations are chosen by more than 100 media outlets from all over the world), however, as in previous years, the jury has the most weight (9:1). ). Five games will be nominated in each category, with only six being nominated in the highest category (“Game of the Year”). This year, by the way, a completely new category will be added, namely the best adaptation of the game.

Games released no later than November 19 at 6:00 am CET can be nominated. Pentiment, The Devil in Me and new Pokémon will also make it to this year’s presentation. Conversely, last year’s games released after the last deadline may include, for example, Halo Infinite.
