Even the creators of the latest Western Sahara expansion from the Rotators Collective, who released patch 1.1 a few weeks ago, were not ashamed. In addition to equipment and weapons, he also added various clothing and weapons. Alchemy single and multiplayer scenario where you can cast spells. And wow, it’s seriously fun once you learn how to properly control and use magic.
Then we have the Czech-Slovak bis CSLA Iron Curtain. Unfortunately, we are forced to mark it as the worst CDLC so far, but despite this (or maybe because of it), the creators of ČSLA Studio have not been idle since its release last summer. We have previously paid attention to release of the Iron Curtain single-player campaign that ran through the Steam Workshop. Shortly thereafter, it also featured the incrementally updated Operations Pack, which offers players a large number of single and multiplayer missions, a radio protocol in Czech that is essentially taken from Army 2 since 2009 and Polaniek area of 25 square kilometers.
This week, CSLA Iron Curtain owners also received the official 1.1 update, which offers quite a bit. The most striking novelties are undoubtedly the iconic Mi-24V and AN-1F helicopters., which you can try, for example, in the recent single-player missions Nimrod and Operation Abort. Thanks to them, and thanks to the already mentioned campaign and missions included in the Workshop’s Operations Pack, we are here. expansion offering several dozen single-player missionswhich can keep every fan of single-player gameplay in the Arma series busy for a long time.
Update 1.1 also added various new ground vehicles and variants of existing vehicles, additional weapons and accessories, several clothing items, and a fictional faction of the Midland Armed Forces Coalition (AFMC). This may be familiar to those who have dedicated themselves to the ČSLA mod for Arma 2 in the past. Vehicle MU-90, thanks to which you can set mines while drivingor armored car OT-64, which good comrades and brave clubs from Great Britain equipped with a collapsible barrier designed to fight against all evil, freedom-loving and democratic elements.

In addition to the fix, it’s about new missions, which apparently in this case are always lacking. Which will undoubtedly be appreciated by those of us who honestly completed all the officially and unofficially released missions on the maps of Gabret and Polanek.
But the most interesting thing is the mention of a new campaign. However, the creators call it a small campaign, so apparently it will be something new and not the official opening of the iron curtain. Let’s also hope that, be that as it may, in the end we will see the correct Czech or Slovak dubbing, without which it is simply not the same, because we are still talking about the CZECHOSLOVAK People’s Army. In any case, it can be assumed that, like all additional content for all CDLCs released so far, the upcoming news available for free to anyone with the appropriate extension. So let’s see what CSLA will offer us next.
