Work continues on April’s crazy Turbo Overkill event.

Boomer shooters, or if you want a retro shooter, are never enough, so we can slowly start to look forward to another that bears that name. Turbo Overkillwhen it’s the brainchild of the developers at Trigger Happy Interactive.

It’s a dirty and brutal cyberpunk affair where we take on the role of Johnny Turbo, who will eliminate the local scum with a chainsaw on his leg, a traction hook, a rich constellation of firearms and augmentations.

Then the name was introduced last April, and in the same month, in just a year, we will be able to try it out.

Apogee Entertainment announced that April 22 the game goes into pre-release on Steam.

In this version, we can then looking forward to the full first episode (there will be three in total), which will bring eight levels, various secret rooms and unlockable items.

The price is set at $19.95 (you can expect the equivalent in euros).

However, the full version should appear later. PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.
