Rain World is a 2D survival platform game where you take on the skin of an innocent-looking creature that hunts local monsters that prevent you from surviving. The base game was a masterpiece that could be expanded upon next year with an expansion that will greatly expand the game world. The space in which you survive will be enriched with ten regions consisting of many maps. If the original hero is not enough for you, you will be given the option to skip it and go for one of five newcomers with unique abilities. Probably the most interesting element of the entire DLC will be the Safari mode. Returning through it, you will find yourself in already open locations, where you can embody the local fauna and determine the shape of the world behind it.
The release date for Rain World: Downpour is set for January 19, 2023, when the expansion arrives on PC. It is not yet known when the expansion will appear on consoles, but information should appear soon.
