Resident Evil Village successfully launched the Gold Edition, which was sent out to the world in both digital and physical editions. If you love boxes, you might be in for a nasty surprise when the postman arrives. In the Resident Evil Village Gold Edition box you purchased, you will only find one disc of the base version of Resident Evil Village. The rest of the content consists of a piece of paper on which you have a key to the DLC, which will be linked to your account after activation.
For many players, this will certainly come as a surprise, because in the case of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Gold Edition, they were also given a disc with additional content that the edition brought.
