Celebrating the 12th anniversary of Alan Wake this spring, Remedy announced that the remaster, released late last year for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, will also be coming to Nintendo Switch later this year. Since then, we haven’t heard anything about the port, so it was a big surprise when on Thursday, all of a sudden, a release trailer and an announcement that the game was out appeared.
Indeed, this was done without any prior announcement of the exact release date, which is not very common these days. But it’s certainly a pleasant surprise for fans, as it means that almost anyone can play Alan Wake. You can get it on Switch now for 20% off.
Of course, Remedy continues to work on the second part, which will be released on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It should come out next year.
Bright Falls, where fiction mixes with reality, and the Dark Presence has taken possession of it. You could say the perfect Halloween escape.
Great, because Alan Wake Remastered is out now on Nintendo Switch at 20% off!
