The British are interested in the opinion of the connection of Xbox with Activision

The British Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is within more detailed investigation into Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard is open to the public and will allow anyone, including members of the public, to have their say on the nearly $70 billion deal.

Microsoft dismissed the CMA’s concerns as misplaced and accused the authorities of taking Sony’s complaints without proper critique. The American giant sent the world a signal that the acquisition is a win-win for everyone, including players and developers. He also said that Sony will definitely not go bankrupt along with the PlayStation because of this deal.

“If we believe that a merger could have a negative impact on competition, we will also begin to consider possible solutions to these concerns,” added governing body. Public opinions will be collected until October 28, 2022.
