Microsoft to lay off nearly 1,000 employees

Business Insider magazine reported that Microsoft will soon lay off or has already laid off almost a thousand employees. It has to do with different departments. including the Xbox division. Given the size of the Redmont giant, which has about 200,000 employees, that’s less than 1%.

However, journalist Tom Warren of The Verge magazine notes that people at the company were also fired. they have been working for over 10 years. The company’s management has already announced the current wave of layoffs in its latest annual financial report.
