The plot of Star Trek: Resurgence has not kept up with this year

Although Outright Games recently released the action-adventure Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova, we’ll have to wait a bit for the next game from this known universe.

Dramatic Labs announced the postponement of the upcoming story-driven adventure game Star Trek: Rebirthwhich from this year rescheduled to April 2023.

The reason for this is so developers can deliver a truly immersive Star Trek experience while still needing some finishing touches.

However, if you missed the title so far, thanks to IGN you can take a look at some old footage directly from the gameplay, which makes it clear that the game will revolve mostly around storytelling and dialogue choices.

The game will be available on PC (Epic), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
