It is a Japanese tactical RPG that is already very successful on Nintendo Switch. Developed by the same folks at Bravely Default and Octopath Traveler. It shares part of the graphic style with the latter.

The three great powers have long been at war on the vast continent of Nortelia.
These lands bear the marks of a long history that includes the Salt and Iron War, the result of a struggle for control of salt and iron resources. A certain balance was struck between the Holy Sabulos Empire, which controlled the salt, the Grand Duchy of Aesglast, an iron land covered in ice and snow, and the Kingdom of Glenbrook, which stood between the two other powers.
However, after an accident, the balance between these three forces is disturbed and it slowly begins to destroy itself…
