Gaijin Entertainment is perhaps most notably known for its free War Thunder event. The authors in the role of publishers supplemented this title with another free multiplayer event called Crossoutwhich they released in 2017. Unlike War Thunder, which emphasizes realism, Crossout features slightly more arcade gameplay. Simply put, we can describe the game as post-apocalyptic car shooterwhich consists of both PvP and PvE battles.

At the same time, game developers from the Targem Games studio allocate a large space for construction modernization of own vehicleswho could very well carve out a role in the next part of the Mad Max movie.

Through the trailer attached above, Gaijin Studio has announced that Crossout with a new major update will switch to a new engine called Targem 2.0. The authors promise that this change will significantly improve the visual and gaming experience. In the area of graphics, the main changes should concern lighting, reflections, shadows and the implementation of various advanced effects.

Despite these improvements, according to the developers, did not increase hardware requirements, so you can still enjoy the game even on weaker builds. Update with Supercharged moniker will be released October 25. The game itself is available on PC (Steam), PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
