As is the case with other games, A Plague Tale: Requiem releases at different times on PC and consoles, until the very end. With the first mentioned version, everything is simple 18 October 00:00 CETthis time is recalculated for individual zones, but here, of course, it is midnight.
The console version is then released at 0:00 regardless of the time zone., that is, at a different moment in each zone. In the Czech Republic, this means that the PC version and the console will be released at the same time.
