Minecraft it is for doing two things: collecting and creating. If the first part was perfectly simple, in the second part various actors put on an incredible level of artifacts, suggesting reproductions of real or imaginary places. Now someone decided to literally aim for the stars and created the universe in Minecraft. Above you can see a special video where he also explains the creative process.
Needless to say, we think it’s not a 1:1 scale reproduction. We don’t think there are any PCs or servers out there that can handle such a thing (though GeForce 4090s should do considering how much this particular costs). Beyond jokes, this is a very interesting and high-quality project: Minecraft fans on Reddit praise what has been achieved.
In the video we see what has been achieved, including a black hole, the Solar System, a Super Cluster (supercluster of galaxies) and more. It is first and foremost an artistic and non-game creation, but it also (and above all?) has value for that reason. In total, this worked for the Minecraft world for two months.
The creators of Minecraft know how to make incredible products like Chungus 2, a Redstone computer that moves at 1Hz and lets you play Minecraft within Minecraft.
