The authors from the Czech studio FiolaSoft, who played BlackHole and PacIn: Nermess’s Revenge, have officially presented their upcoming game MATCHO. We have known about the development of the game for a long time, but a full-fledged official revelation in the form of a story trailer has just happened.
MATCHO developers describe it as unique mix of action-adventure and first-person shooter with link-three elements. Prim will play intense battles based on the concept of match-3 shooters, which consists in marking and then chain-destroying enemies of different colors.
It should also be an integral part of the gameplay. complex parkour system, thanks to which you can run on walls or use, for example, an energy hook. In addition to the feverish action, we are also looking forward to puzzles and platform passages.
On the history page you can wait non-linear and humorous storytelling with multiple endings. In the game, you enter the shoes of a character named Max, who must face uninvited guests from outer space and, in doing so, understand the essence of his special abilities.
Multiplayer in the form of PvP, PvE and endless mode will be the second story mode.
MATCHO is powered by Unreal Engine and will be released with full Czech dubbing. It’s due out later this year on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. For example, you can already find a game map on Steam.
