Not a day goes by lately that we don’t write about the upcoming Dead Space remake, but the news is getting bigger. First there was information about a recent event where journalists were supposed to try out the game in action, then the first official screenshots followed. And we will continue at the official level even today.
Developers from EA Motive published the first part of a stylized QR code a few days ago. Fans finally managed to track down all the pieces on Friday, and the code was soon discovered to lead to a private YouTube video. In which you can watch footage from the cameras on the USG Ishimura spacecraft where Dead Space takes place. However, letters were also hidden in the video, which had to be shuffled to create “@thebench”. As fans soon learned, this is the name of the Instagram account.
On it, you would have already found some tempting images for future revelations. But especially the recent stories, which featured a short teaser trailer. Its message is clear – a full gameplay demonstration will appear on October 4, that is, on Tuesday. So we won’t have to wait long.
Dead Space Remake will release on January 27, 2023 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
