Police arrest 17-year-old teenager in connection with GTA 6

Journalist Matthew Keyes has learned from his sources that the arrests are related to the recent Rockstar Games hack and possibly a security breach by Uber.

According to Keys, the arrest was made as part of an investigation that runs the FBI. It was previously speculated that behind the Rockstar hack and leaked gameplay footage from an early development version of GTA 6 is a 16-year-old boy living in Oxford who is supposed to be the leader. Lapsus$ groups. The latter is believed to be responsible for attacks on Uber, Microsoft, Nvidia or Ubisoft servers. In March, seven people were arrested in connection with the group’s latest attacks in London.

The young man was to remain in the police cell. And since no further information has been received from the police, it is expected that the investigation will remain open and new arrests may be made.
