Solium Infernum is a rather unconventional grand strategy game. You will not be fighting for earthly possessions or a crown in it, but you will be taken straight into a battle for the throne of hell. However, it will not be easy to capture it, spilling streams of blood. Politics, building relationships with other demonic contenders for the throne and, of course, intrigues associated with all sorts of betrayals. In a way, this could be a hell of a variation on Crusader Kings 3, except it doesn’t seem to help build a dynasty. Who also would like to have potential successors who are ready to go over the corpses for the sake of power.
A release date for Solium Infernum has yet to be determined. The game is due out for PC in 2023.
