While Take-Two has lost exactly 500 million of its market value over the past few days, Cloud Imperium Games managed to get exactly that amount for their creation from players eager to play their game.
With this, Star Citizen solidifies its position as one of the most expensive games in gaming history. Now its development has been supported by more than 4 million players, and we doubt that the final cost will end at this figure. However, Star Citizen still doesn’t have a release date, so hopefully enthusiastic backers will be waiting for it.
