Overwatch 2 and its Battle Pass are a hot topic right now. Most of the community is clearly unhappy with Blizzard’s plans and is not afraid to let the big giant know about it. However, news focusing on this element may reassure a certain part of the players a little. Owners of the first Overwatch will receive for free the first premium battle pass for the continuation of the well-known heroic multiplayer shooter along with the medic Kiriko. This should be closed to non-paying players up to level 55 out of the 80 available levels. However, no one will stop them from shortening the path by purchasing a premium battle pass ($10/1000 in-game coins) or the Watchpoint Pack, which is currently priced at $40.

Coins can be purchased in Overwatch 2 or earned by completing challenges. As for the number of awards, at first glance it does not seem dizzying. For example, you get 30 coins for completing four weekly challenges, 20 grand for 8, and 10 from Blizzard for 11. So if you’re really into the game, you can currently expect 60 coins per week. As for me, I’m a bit concerned that the pace of collection will be too slow, which will eventually lead to more pressure on the players reaching for the wallet in the final.
