Isonzo is another game from the FPS series dedicated to the battlefields of the First World War. Since the release of Verdun, the series has come an incredibly long way, during which it managed to advance both in terms of graphics and gameplay. It’s still tricky, but I wouldn’t be afraid to call it more approachable for beginners. Projectiles fly over the battlefield. People around you die as you run towards enemy trenches, and you usually feel like you’re part of something really big until you get shot down by one of the enemy gunners.
One shot often decides your life here. Either you hit or your opponent hits. The chances of either of you missing are extremely high, and due to the sluggishness of rifles, it’s likely that the shovel will sap you before you can shoot again. Fighting for trenches and shelling large areas is incredibly fun here. If we compare the launch of Isonzo with the launch of Beyond the Wire, for example, this work celebrates an incomparable success. The servers are full. The game runs smoothly and offers an overall experience that definitely deserves more attention than some competing games. If you are among the fans of this theme, then the game will definitely please you with its inevitability.
Isonzo is available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.
