The door in Minecraft is a rather modest creation. Chances are you’ll build it from scratch, whether you’re building a small shack on the ground or one of the coolest Minecraft houses you’ve ever seen. They ward off monsters, protect their prey, and just add a touch of cuteness to any home.
With the nice and clean graphic style of Minecraft, the doors are also instantly recognizable. It’s impossible to watch one and not know what game it is if you somehow completely lack knowledge of Minecraft, and frankly, given that it’s one of the best crap games ever made, the people who don’t know what it is, very few. distant from each other.
Well, the door is the last piece of Minecraft recreated in the real world. This time, though, it’s not something modular like these Minecraft Redstone blocks, or something entirely made out of Lego like this Minecraft plunger. Instead, this door was made, and it’s right on someone’s house, and it’s amazing.
Tiny_Chip813 posted an image of his door on Reddit and it’s been incredibly well received, probably because it looks so accurate it almost evokes the feeling of a spooky valley. We all know it’s a real door, but it’s forgivable to think it’s just some weird image manipulation. The door took 14 hours to create, but they plan to go beyond the visual aspect of things.
One commenter asked if the gate makes “THIS noise” and Tiny_Chip813 replied that they plan to make noise using a simple circuit and an Arduino or Raspberry Pi. I hope they post a video of the finished project once it’s finished.
