Striking Distance will support Callisto Protocol for one year after launch in stores by publishing multiple DLC.

More details on Striking Distance’s post-launch support plans for The Callisto Protocol have apparently not been fully revealed yet, thanks to an interview now posted by the TrueTrophies portal.
“We see The Callisto Protocol as a ‘full service’ game and will invest in DLCs. We aim for full year support after launch,” said CTO Mark James.
“We’ve made sure that the game can be expanded in the future. We’ve created a world that can tell different stories, and we can do that through DLC or we can tell it in later products.”
“We like to think of The Callisto Protocol as a franchise: every time a developer creates a new IP, they like to think that it’s an investment in starting a franchise. Making a new IP is really expensive, so we always want to try and get the most out of it. ”
James added that we might see it in The Callisto Protocol DLC”different modes“, some may have been inspired by other survival horror games.
“We currently have a linear story mode,” added James. “We can also tell about the outbreak of the epidemic in prison without touching the original story,” he said.
