The Witcher Trilogy is one of the most popular video game series. Therefore, it is not surprising that here they are looking forward to its next continuation, and in the end it seems that this will not be one title, but the first part of a new saga, which will consist of several parts. During the presentation of the company’s results for the first half of the year on Wednesday, according to information from the VGC server, CEO Adam Kichinski said that the company plans to release several games from this universe to the world.
Already the first saga consisted of three parts, representing the story of Geralt of Rivia. Therefore, even in the case of new representatives of the Zaklínač brand, he believes from the very beginning that it will be a longer journey, which will work with more branching from the very beginning. However, he did not reveal how many parts it will consist of. Personally, I hope they balance them out better than the original series, in which, for example, the elf part was pretty much dropped in the finale. As for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for next-gen consoles, it should be out later this year. However, the question is whether the creators will succeed. In total, the creators have already managed to sell 40 million units of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and 65 million across the brand.
