Genshin Impact Leaks Suggest Baizhu and Alhaitham Won’t Be Coming Any Time Soon

A recent Genshin Impact leak brings bad news for gamers who can’t wait to add Baiju or Alhaitam to their RPG party. It looks like 3.6 is the first update that could see these character posters coming, if at all. Each Genshin Impact update lasts five to six weeks, barring any delays, and we’re currently halfway through version 3.0. The wait for these two characters could last until 2023.

The leak comes Tweet SaveYourCousins, and point out that 3.6 is the first possibility of appearance. This comment is in response to your previous comment revealing the release schedule for Kusanali, Scaramoush, and Dehya.

SaveYourPrimos also clarifies that Baizhu will always be a five-star playable character, which is good to know as Liyue was reintroduced as the first NPC alongside Dendro Vision. Now that Dendro users like Tighnari and Collei have been added to the game, it seems only fitting that Baizhu return.

Baizhu is the owner of Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue and is known by many as a medical expert. Several Liyue residents have lines emphasizing his healing experience, including Hu Tao, Shenhe, Xinyang, and Keqing. As such, it is likely that he will take on the role of Dendro’s healer, as no other character currently fills that role. Alhaitam’s role in the team is less clear, though he does actually play a role in the Sumeru Archon Quest storyline.

Fortunately, those waiting for Baiju and Alhaitam will be kept busy with other new characters like Saino, Nilou, and Candace in Genshin Impact version 3.1, in addition to upcoming reruns that are rumored to once again include Venty and Shogun Raiden. .
