If this recent Genshin Impact leak is correct, Raiden Shogun Banner and Venti Banner could return to the RPG as the Archon Banner series continues. The Zhongli banner is coming to an end and it is believed that Venti will appear in 3.1, then Kusanali in 3.2, then Raiden Shogun in 3.3. This would give new and veteran players the ability to capture all four known Archons in a row after Sumeru was introduced in Genshin Impact version 3.0.
This assumption comes Save Your Cousins is a well-known Genshin leader who uses information gleaned from data and other leaks to create previews of future characters based on fact and, no doubt, some educated guesswork. They are considered a trusted source in the community and often turn out to be correct. SaveYourPrimos also always provides annotated evidence and/or reasoning regarding their banner roadmap for those who are a bit skeptical.
The Venti relaunch banner in 3.1 would have made sense. It seems that the Mondstadt Wind and Wine Festival is scheduled for this update, and there is no better option than to renew a festival dedicated to alcohol and a light breeze. Kusanali’s banner for 3.2 was leaked, making it even more likely, especially since players are currently playing the Sumeru Archon quests where she appears.
There is less evidence of Shogun Raiden’s banner appearing in 3.3, but it would be weird to line up all the archons only to lose the ruler of Inazuma.
