CS:GO: Imperial and Sharks show merit and merit could co-exist –

Grand finale FiReLEAGUE Latin Power Spring 2022 inside Counter Strike: Global OffensiveCS: GO), between roof Galerie and the Sharksgiven something to talk about. In this theme, there is a subject that does not want to remain silent in society: disadvantage emperors or more deserved Sharks ? I think one doesn’t always prevail over the other, and here the two can coexist in the same state.

It is necessary to assess the big picture in order to “measure” the advantages and shortcomings of both teams. What happens in Dust 2 is paramount, but so is everything around it – too much. This means that we must not forget the previous map and especially the psychological state of the teams at that time.

Let’s analyze according to the situation…

Was something missing from Imperial?

I think there is very little discussion at this point in the conversation. A team that excelled on the previous map, had complete dominance on the next map and were leading 15-4 probably couldn’t have lost this game – no matter how well the Sharks played, it rained and the game at from there.

Empire / Breeding

Aside from cheating or technical glitches etc., games where one team isn’t there – leading 15-4 and losing – are currently at a huge disadvantage.

There are still 11 match points to play, so there is plenty of time to do everything. In rounds of eleven there is plenty of time to adapt to the opponent’s style of play, find a gap, take a few breaks to talk and, if necessary, work on the economy. If they haven’t been able to do this all this time, most of the blame is in the defeat.

Strangest of all, it seems there were times when Imperial really tried. They took a few breaks, changed their style of play… But to others it looked like a sloppy team worth trying everything because at some point something was definitely going to work. But in times like these, I actually think it’s more a lack of options for a short time together than indifference.

Were there rights to the sharks?

Is it possible to get merit from Sharks if there is merit from Imperial? I say yes, it is possible! To better understand this, let’s take a look at the Sharks plan.

Sharks/Games

At first, the Sharks didn’t have a bad Inferno, but Imperial showed the upper hand. In the sequel, the team did really poorly in Dust 2, practically watching the iron reach out and enter the match in the best SK Gaming style.

Putting it all together, we see a team that will already deliver in the vast majority of cases. They lost the first map, lost the second 15 to 4 and still saw one opponent in particular ready to destroy a round at any time, even in an inopportune way. The worst part was that every slip had an end.

Who really believed in sharks back then? I would say it without any weight on my conscience, without breaking it down into words no one believed in during the game. But now I see that I was wrong. No one believed in sharks except himself. This is where merit comes into play.

It is up to very few people to believe in themselves and to show all this seriousness, commitment and flexibility at a time when it is necessary to make the impossible possible. And in this list of choices are jnt, zevy, lucaozy, matios, chay and Coachi.

How not to praise a team already on the field, ready to be hit but always discredited, committed until the last second, and perhaps the biggest comeback of the year?

But it’s not always like that…

There is a lot of talent in the Sharks, and I would say it would be unfair not to praise it. At the same time, the Imperial also had a downside; it’s because he’s earned the account of everything he’s ever offered, while having the resources and time to do so.

But it’s not always like that…

Even at the highest level of competition, there are times when grotesque mistakes are made. In these cases, merit stands out much more than any merit.

There are also rounds where one team plays exactly as the CS manual says, but the rivals do wonders. Little is said about a possible mistake and more about the success of the person playing the role.

The truth is that there is room for interpretation for all opinions. But for me, in the duel between Imperial and Sharks, the coexistence of merit and defect in the same situation is quite obvious. Here, one does not need to overwrite the other.
