Ubisoft may be coming to Xbox consoles soon

Logo found Ubisoft+ on Xbox means the service will be starting soon. The subscription from Ubisoft works on PC, and in January of this year it was announced that it would also be coming to consoles. Xbox One as well as Xbox Series X/S. Unlike EA Play, Ubisoft+ will not be part of the Xbox Game Pass.

A stripped-down version is available on rival Sony’s PS Plus. Ubisoft+ Classic with select games, while on PC it’s a complete service offering over 100 games and add-on packages, including complete new items, for 15 euros per month.

Chris Earley, Ubisoft’s senior vice president of strategic partnerships and business development, points to the full version of Ubisoft+:

“We will offer Xbox owners a subscription to Ubisoft+ so they can enjoy our entire library of games, including new releases.”

It is currently unclear if Ubisoft+ will also launch on PlayStation consoles.

Ubisoft has brands such as Assassin’s Creed, Splinter Cell, The Division, Rainbow Six, Prince of Persia, Rayman, Far Cry, Trials, Rocksmith, Might & Magic, Watch Dogs or The Crew in its catalog.
