The first Intel Arc graphics card is already available for pre-order in America
We already write about Intel Arc graphics cards almost every week, and mostly not in a positive way. But this time we will make an exception. Videocardz magazine reported that the Arc A380 is now available for pre-order in the US.
It’s been available in China for some time, but you haven’t been able to buy it anywhere else yet. Now that’s about to change: ASRock’s version will be available on Newegg for $139. It should be out August 23rd. So let’s see if at least some date for Intel will finally come true.
AMD reportedly delayed Zen 4 release due to BIOS issues
We recently wrote that AMD should release Ryzen 7000 processors on September 15th. However, later insiders started talking about the postponement to September 27th. Now we officially know at least that the disclosure will take place on August 30 at 1:00 am our time, which we also wrote about in a separate article. However, we also unofficially found out the reason why AMD will likely choose a later release date in the end.
One reviewer on the Chiphell forum wrote that the delay was due to BIOS issues, according to Videocardz magazine. Luckily, it doesn’t look like the problems are too serious, as AMD didn’t delay the announcement itself. Hope the release goes smoothly.
