Brutality, horror and Dead Space fans can look forward to next week’s Gamescom Opening Night Live (8/23) with new footage from Callisto Protocol. In the meantime, a little consolation in the form of the Singaporean IMDA authority, which unsurprisingly recommends the game from the age of 18. But the description is much more interesting:
“The player explores dark and crumbling places where bloodstains and the body remains. To progress through the game, the player must (…) kill mutant enemies and humans.” stands in the rationale for the rating.
“They are often in the game moments when enemies suddenly appear and attack the player. (…) In addition, the player must move in a traitorous environment and avoid spiked poles or spinning fan blades. There is a risk of being raked or quartered on contact.”

Callisto Protocol will release on December 2 this year for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
