Evil West received a second reprieve. Supernatural action from the unusual Wild West from the developers of Shadow Warrior Studio Flying wild boar was postponed for another two months. The title was announced at The Game Awards 2020 with a 2021 release, first pushed back to September 2022 and now pushed back to November 22, 2022.
The developers called the reason for the delay development pressure for five platforms and two generations of consoles. Evil West is heading to PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
“We understand that gaming delays can be frustrating, but this is a necessary step to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.” adds the Polish studio in its announcement.
Evil West is a third-person action game set in a supernatural version of the Wild West.. Players take on the role of a vampire hunter named Jesse Rentier and must save the United States from a monster invasion. The game can be played alone or with a friend in online co-op, where Jesse is joined by his buddy Edgar Gravenor.
